5 Miles for MIN

Running (literally!) from 5th June until 5th July, we would love you to get involved with #5milesformin.

Simply run, walk, swim, cycle, or anything else you like, as long as it's 5 miles! Then scan the QR code to donate £5 - Now it's your turn to nominate 5 friends to do the same!

If it's possible, please record your amazing efforts and send them to us, we'd love to see what you've accomplished.
