Mums In Need is excited to partner with Jacky Wood, a Licensed Menopause Champion with Menopause Experts Group, who is generously hosting a menopause workshop to raise funds for MIN.

Whether you're experiencing menopause yourself or supporting someone who is, this event is for you.

About The Event

During this workshop, you will gain valuable insights into the following:

*The role of hormones: We’ll look at the three hormones that fluctuate and decrease during menopause, giving rise to symptoms and changes.

*Symptoms: We’ll talk about the different types, i.e., cognitive, physical, and emotional, and how they can affect us.

*What we can do to help: We’ll discuss ways to support ourselves through changes, taking into account our current lifestyle choices, and learning how we can improve our wellbeing now, and into the future.

Jacky will be available to answer your questions throughout the session, plus there will be a Q&A section at the end of the workshop.

Tickets are priced at just £20 + eventbrite fees, with all proceeds generously donated to Mums In Need.

If you are unable to make the live session at the above time, don't worry! We plan to record the session and a link to the recording will be emailed to all registrants after the workshop has taken place.
