Soroptimist Big Band Event

On September 28, 2024, the Soroptimist hosted a fantastic Big Band Event to raise funds for Mums In Need. Our dedicated ambassadors, Tilika and Demelza, attended the event to represent MIN and share our mission to combat post-separation abuse and coercive control.

Attendees enjoyed a memorable evening of live music, socialising, and a thrilling raffle. Thanks to the generosity of everyone involved, the event raised a total of £505. This generous donation will directly support Mums In Need's efforts to provide vital services to women experiencing post-separation abuse.

With these funds, we can offer six mums three one-to-one casework sessions with their dedicated caseworker. These sessions will provide invaluable support, reassurance, and guidance as they navigate the challenges of post-separation abuse.
