On 4th July, Mums In Need was proud to be part of the Sharrow Festival in Sheffield.
Our fantastic team, including Laura CEO) Antony (Trustee), Miranda (Ambassador) and Vicki (Volunteer), spent the day raising awareness of post-separation abuse and speaking with members of the community about the support Mums In Need provides to mothers experiencing domestic abuse after separation.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of everyone who visited our stall, we raised over £600 to help us continue supporting mothers and their children. We were also able to have many meaningful conversations, helping more people recognise the impact of post-separation abuse and where families can turn for support.
A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, donated, shared our message, or took the time to learn more about our work.
Every conversation helps raise awareness, and every donation helps us reach more mothers and children who need our support.
Together, we are ensuring that more mothers facing post-separation abuse has the support they need to move forward.
