Raising Awareness For Mums Facing Post-Separation Abuse & Coercive Control

On December 4th, Mums In Need attended a networking event at the DoubleTree Hotel, represented by Laura and Hema, our current medical student volunteer. The event provided an excellent opportunity to raise awareness about Mums In Need and its mission to support mums and children affected by post-separation abuse.

The team connected with local entrepreneurs interested in collaborating with the charity and successfully sold 11 copies of the new Write To Be Heard book, promoting the charity’s work and raising vital funds. Events like this highlight the importance of advocacy and building partnerships to support families navigating the challenges of post-separation abuse.
