Job Title: Depop Sales Volunteer
Location: 1 Waterside Court, 3 Bold Street, Sheffield, S9 2LR
Reports to: CEO
Hours: approximately 3 hours per week, subject to review.
Working days: to be agreed, currently a remote role
JOB PURPOSE: To work with MIN to assist us to develop our fundraising by taking on the management of the Depop sales.
We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic individual to help realise our fundraising ambitions. You must have a genuine commitment to the voluntary sector and identify with our core values, alongside good housekeeping, effective communication and excellent time management skills.
We require you to be professional, polite and have understanding and empathy for working with women & children who have suffered domestic abuse, including an understanding of the confidential and sensitive nature of our work, and the requirement for discretion at all times.
You will be required to keep a record of your hours to present to the CEO.
JOB LOCATION: You will work from home.
Take ownership of the role by being responsible for selling the items listed on Depop using our official MIN Depop account.
Keep on top of sales organisation by responding to messages via the app, listing new items, packaging and sending sold items, adjusting prices where necessary.
Reports to the community fundraiser each time a sale has been made.
Keep an update record of the items sold.
Update the team at the fortnightly All Hands meeting.
Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the CEO or Board of Trustees
Attending quarterly reviews.
This role is estimated to be for approx. 5 hrs a week including meetings, however these times may vary according to the level of sales purchased.
